holy crap, new kid on the block is gonna be a new pain in the butt for rossi.

i half expected jlo to struggle, but damn, 3rd on day 1........, so much for needing to adapt to the new ride
 
Yeah, I wasn't expecting Lorenzo to be on pace so quickly, either. Ducati did their homework.
 
Mavrick might be the new Sheriff, and he did it without wings too, un like Rossi and Lorenzo.
Brivio said it would take Mavrick about 10 minutes to get up to speed on the M1, I guess he wasn't kidding. I would say 2017 is looking pretty damn good.
 
if yamaha was looking for wins instead of sales they would have kept jlo and signed maverick a certain rider would be gone and forgotten

What if Yamaha thinks Viñales will win the championship next year? and possibly they think Rossi will finish second in the points ?

IIRC Rossi beat Jlo in the points standings 2016

you saw what jlo did with the tire he liked back from michilin. that tire mysteriously disappeared at the beginning of the year. conspiracy theory maybe but the fact remains rossi liked one type of tire lorenzo liked the other. lorenzos disappeared problem is marquez likes the same tire rossi does. so there you have it. lets not forget lorenzo was leaving do you really think he got the same support as rossi.
anyway 2017 will be very good.
