i'd like to check this thread frequently but I'd like to enjoy each and every race, too. :)
 
Michael did 129.7mph on a stock BMW tonight (gets the Buildbase Superbike tomorrow). The Works Yamaha Superbike was good for 124mph and smoked the whole way round with oil entering the airbox... red faces I'd imagine. If he gets the Superbike anywhere near his satisfaction he'll win all the Superbike races.

Yup... He dumped the Yamaha and is now on the BMW.. I wouldn't put it past him to win it all again...

This is a catastrophic failure for the Yamaha bike, even though it's not a factory team, Milwaukee Yamaha are the big dogs and this has made everyone involved AND the bike look bad. Very bad publicity for the new R1.
