Hi guys,

I've got a question: Since I use more than the key to the bike, as I have the performance gas cap with the plastic key and the remote to the garage, I was wondering if any of you are in a similar position and have to use something like a key holder that you can tuck away the plastic/metal stuff, and that way avoid scratching the top part of the tank, near the contact.

I searched for something from Ducati but to no avail. Only cheap fake Chinese crap.

Dainese apparently doesn't hold anything like this.

Any suggestions?
 
H AndreiD I have exactly the same issue. Weird that the Rizoma cap has its own plastic key.
I just put it and the garage remote in my jacket pocket, not ideal I know.
Maybe you could fit them in that tiny rear section behind the seat, you know, the one with the massive tool kit!

haha yea basically what i've done.. attached it to the garage remote, because I know if I leave home without that gas cap key, i'm screwed..
 
Yeah I have the same issue. I realize while running out of gas....You can push your thumb on the part where the key goes in and open the fuel cap. Thank God!!now I keep one in the rear seat compartment.
 
Purchase a spare fuel key and keep it on a ring with a mini garage opener and your Ducati key. Then remove the key to ride and keep the fuel key and mini garage opener on a ring in your pocket...OR purchase the Mo-Door opener that remains on your bike hidden away.

I use both options (multiple bikes) and both work great!
