harmonically speaking I'm not sure it would even work with a Ltwin
my best guess is it is a car thing . my suburban for example runs flex fuel. needs variable timing . one day the octane could be 95 the next it could be 85 .
one day I could be towing 8500 lbs down a hilly country road and the next I could no load flying down the highway running 80mph in economy mode. (drops to 4cylinders)
btw I believe the ducati has a crank sensor to monitor timing as well as o2 fuel and air sen
