Wondering what options are out there in addition to the CDT/ Fullsix tank? Can't seem to find the info on the aluminum version posted a while back.

^Bro, thanks very much! That was the one, but I couldn't find it after at least 30min of looking around.

Considering going to the larger tank like I had done with the ETI Fuel Cell on my 848. The 4.4 Gallons is pathetic.

The Full Six version is 6.6043 Gallons or 25 Liters and $2568 http://www.oppracing.com/product_di...e-fuel-tank-monocoque-oversized-25l-capacity/

The Motocorse version is 5.283 Gallons or 20 Liters and $3085 https://www.designcorse.com/collections/moto-corse/products/mc-racing-fuel-tank?variant=4232636033

I don't really like going back to the breather set up like I had back in the 1990's on my GSX-R but certainly like the built-in crash protection on both.

The FullSix version price and capacity is very nice and besides needing to coat it and paint it up, probably the best option?

Any input would be appreciated. I need to get a bigger tank for traveling around next summer.

If the Full Six tank had a bigger air box cavity too I would have been all over it, but my money will be on the Moto Corse tank.

^ I agree the look and size/shape of the Motocorse is growing on me. I think leaving a little aluminum exposed and fresh paint and a slightly larger Ducati logo will be nice. I will have to look around for some breather options, and a place to route the tubing if I go that route.

5.2 Gallons should return around 170+ miles@ 34 mpg which is what I get on the hwy now. That would put the bike into a decent touring distance. Also the small depression on the top might allow for a radar detector as well.

You could always swop the Moto Corse tank for my Carbon Corse CF fuel tank. It is full cf done with a gloss uv shielded laquer. It takes 19 litres. I am after the larger airbox of the Moto Corse fuel tank. Would prefer a cf tank, but none has the larger air box. :D
