Left brake reflectors won't stay in place when torquing brake caliper

I replaced the brake pads on my panigale v2 stock brembo brake calipers. There's no issue on the right side because of the direction of torquing, but when I try to torque the left side to 45nm of torque, the reflector rotates up with the bolt and won't hold in place. I've tried clamps and zip ties, but nothing will hold the reflector successfully while I torque the bolts. Is there a specific way to do this I'm not aware of?

Can you position it forward of where it needs to be prior to torquing so it ends up in the right position? I never torqued the caliper bolts with the reflectors. I always just removed them and installed the spacers to fill the gap.

On a side note, you don't need to remove the calipers to change pads. They slide from the back. You only remove the retaining pin and the spring to slide them in and out.

There's a bar that prevents me from doing that, but it's a good idea. Yeah, I'm giving up and just removing them
