Yes, I use the Caliduc method to keep my teeth brite, and when used regulary, it helps prevent cavities as well!

And it does work on metals, my mom used to use tootpaste to polish the silver for thanksgiving when I was a kid...

LOL my mate used toothpaste and lipstick to fix a dented fuel tank on a hired scooter he crashed in Greece. He got away with it too
