Now that you write this comment, I suddenly have an idea and can't get it out of my head. I had a long discussion with VAST about placing indicators into the rear mirror and feasibility of production.

If there would be enough people that would like it, I could design and produce guards similar to the lightech ones, but with homolgated stripe leds integrated. rear mirror would be mounted as shown at the beginning of this thread. Wiring would go thru the handle bar.

That's pretty interesting... While I agree with wilks in that there's no reason to run with guards on the street, if you could make a guard that could house LED turn signals without compromising the strength/structural integrity of the guard itself then that would be the best of both worlds.

I'm not convinced that it's feasible, but I have confidence in your ability to make it so if it is possible.

I switched to rizoma recently from the lightech guards because there where looking disgusting...

Sry to say that gecko but I thing the new proguard racing guard looks way better... I will fit the rizoma guards again on my just ordered Panigale R 2015

Keep me posted if you go down this road, i was thinking of finding a way to fix them inside the headlight like has been done with the led version, i,m not sure if that is legal, i would tell the cops its factory they wouln,t know for sure!
