Phil,

The seat cover for the passenger is simply just a cover, if your looking for comfort you will need to get the gel insert, still not much on comfort for the passenger.

I would recomend the Ducati pilion comfort seat, for close to the same price point and can be found on ebay easly. Now if you already have the Luimoto driver seat, when paired with the Ducati comfort pilion seat, if gives the total look of suede front and passenger I will post a pic for ya shortly.

Curious who likes the Luimoto seat cover (with gel pads) that I had done last year? Im REALLY diggin both the look and "feel" of this red R seat cover- not because its an R and I own a Tri either! :)

If I was gonna get it Id have to sell MY SEAT with cover and gel pads installed, and get a stock seat from soneone else in the transaction so I could get this new R seat? Hmmmmm. Wonder if this would work out? :eek:

I love it.

Just looking into doing the comfort seat on the SFS, as the stock covering is looking very second hand now.
The padding's still good in the seat, but the cover is certainly on the shopping list
 
My experience with luimoto is that installing the seat cover including the gel pad in nice and wrinkle-free way is not that easy, it takes patience and time. But I really love the result: With the words of Monty Python it became a comfy chair.

That is EXACTLY why I sent my seat to them to have it professionally installed which was worth every dollar spent in shipping! Im just kicking this idea around but if I truly pull the trigger on it looks like Jeff is first up on dibs.
Thanks Jeff. Keep ya posted. Its not like I NEED that red R seat cover since the one I have is perfect, plus a comfort seat on the shelf in garage too. Guess you can only sit on one at a time anyway right?
