The Mag1 boots are awesome, I have worn them for the last 3 years and loved everything about them.... I just bought a Dainese air Suit So I went with the D1 out boots which are also great boots!!! You definitely will be happy with the Mag1..

I wear those boots as well. Very comfortable and they feel like they will protect when needed.

The only complaint I have with them is that they take a pretty long time to get on. You have to flip up the ratcheting tabs to be able to turn them, they are in stowed position from the last ride. You also have to spend time on each of the three ratcheting tabs to get them as tight as you would like, and then go to the other tabs and re tighten.

I find it to be a pain in the posterior.

Next boots I buy may be a pair that require less fuss to get on.

Check FIVE gloves fit with your jacket/suit.

I brought some of their FIVE RFX race gloves on special, but they wouldnt work to well with my Dainese suit (the forearm pads wouldnt allow the glove to pull on nicely) But they were find with a textile A* one.

Ahh , ya i hope they will work - I run the GP PRO gloves now from Alpine-star

Great boots man! I just got a pair that I'm using and really likely them. Pard is right on time required to suit up. A bit of a pain but super fast getting off. The other thing I noticed is for me they run a bit loose near the toe and tighter on the calf so it requires a bit of torquing down low to get snug enough for my liking, but I'm sure this is personal and everyone is different.

I found that these boots hurt my feet, i am hoping they are just breaking in. I have 3 days on them now. The right foot hurts perching it on the toe for knee down corners

My Dainese Axial Pro boots were uncomfortable for 5 or so rides, once the broke in and wearing the correct socks they are nice

I am very pleased that my husband loves the boots. Well-balanced, great support, and very attractive (love the colors.). I recommend all of you whenever you buy these boots online you can save a lot of buck by using coupons websites like retailmenot, dealsknob, offers.com or Promocodewatch.

The boots finally broke in, took 4 track days.
The gloves fit and feel amazing.
I highly recommend Five Gloves

I have the MAG 1 boots and they are great. Better than my Vortice Sidi that used to get caught on the heel guard on the 1199. I have those gloves as well and on longer rides there is a slight bit of irritation from the palm area due the the protection thickness. I still wear them though as the protection seems to be very good. they seem better than the Dainese Full Metal Pro that I got when I first got the Panigale. I highly recommend both the boots and the gloves.
