Yes you can but when you crash it, it will be a waste of money. It does look cool on the streets though.

Try emailing them - it is the same wheel with an adapter. [email protected]

Marchesini does not make an 1199-specific front wheel, it's a 1098 wheel with a ring spacer for the front rotors.

That depends, cycle58 has them for 3200. Pretty sure if you look around you can get them for 3k in the US. Now 2300 new, that's an amazing price
