I recently purchased a Panigale V4S that I'd like to get kitted out with a sizable amount of aftermarket components. I have heard great things about MotoMillion and they offer 80% of the products I'm seeking. I have emailed them multiple times through their site's "Contact Us" page, no luck. I have called the number they have listed multiple times, not once have they answered. If I could simply place the order online, I would...unfortunately, I have some specifics requiring further conversation. Does anyone have a valid number or email address they can PM me so I can actually reach him? Or maybe recommend a retailer who actually wants my business. Its been weeks with no response, I shouldn't have to beg a retailer to take $5-6k of my money. Its ridiculous.

Bellisimoto or ducati omaha. Both great.

+1 for Ducati Omaha. I ordered some frame sliders which were on back order for the color I chose but they still sent me an email to make sure I am okay with waiting or if I want another color. They even sent emails to update me about the status from time to time. And these emails weren't automated but actually written out so really felt great about a retailer taking that time.

In no particular order, Motowheels, Ducati Omaha and AMS Ducati.

If websites don't have in stock indicators, I rarely order from them. I would rather pay a bit more knowing something was in stock and ready to be shipped then wait for a backorder.

Mani at Motomillion is great, but he seems to be out of stock on somethings that his site says are in stock.
Shipping has been a bit slow, but he's a great guy to work with.

Manny prioritizes with big spenders like Jared and 650ib. High profile advertisement potential

Bellissimoto for a good mix of aesthetic and performance parts. Motomillion is mostly aesthetic stuff. Ducati Omaha for official Ducati stuff and OEM parts. HSBK for high performance/track focused parts.

I've ordered from Manny a few times and it was always a quick, pleasant experience. But most of my business has been through Bellissimoto and HSBK racing.

I second Bellissimoto. Response time was great even when it was just to replaced a broken bolt.

Not exactly a winning business model is it? What good is the advertising if you’re not taking care of the base customer?

My understanding is that he’s a dime a dozen drop shipper. Check out C&C Precision Performance on FB. They can get you whatever you need and don’t bs you on wait times.

Manny has always taken care of his customers . I can say Motowheels is a lost cause my experience with motowheels has been hit and miss with numerous folks. It miss with me he screwed me over bad. Manny is Always pleasant and On top of his stuff here is his number 305-613-3624. Also remember time zones are different depending where u at. Don’t give up on manny he will come thru .

We just sent you a PM.

It might be perhaps time zone difference that you aren't able to get through on calls, but also ever since Covid-19 there has been a considerable amount of staff missing here and has made things hard. With the ability to take three calls at a time, the phone lines do get backed up.

The phone lines are answered 11 AM to 4 PM EST.

We do hold a very large inventory of all Panigale V4 items, however again thanks to Covid-19 there has been a lot of disruptions in the industry and the supply chains. Thankfully things are getting back to normal.

There should be separate set of bolts included in the package to avoid such issues. It should cost them a lot hopefully.
