1-by asking the seller to explain to the member of this forum how he is selling a $25000 motorcycle for a fraction of the cost?
2-To explain why he wont sell the frame?
3- I'm not a secret agent I just a public worker, I don't need to hide from nobody,I'm proud of my job.
4- when I said about federal agent I mean that "I know from training and experience that something don't smell good ( reasonable suspicious) . And sure enough I was right!!!!

Is ok from some people to buy property that is not belong to the seller, but don't tell me to be quiet just because you want to beneficed it from the fruit of the crime.

End of the day if u are doing payments ur fine and he's not destroying it or scraping it. And yes I can go to ducati give them a vin and a history does pull up with all service history no matter what dealer u go to has ur name and address all info in it. So everyone knows the system ducati dealers use is all off one that's how claims for warranty work gets approved etc. shows history

Don't try selling you bike in any major classifier because even Ebay will ask you for a vin

also Im not getting my job involved on this ...., I ask for a clarification of how come he is selling a bike by pieces when is clear that he will NEVER make close to what the bike cost in the used market which is around $20000.

What's goin on with you should be the question.

I understand your point and all that esmirna but your abrasive approach rubs people the wrong way. You have a history of doing this on other threads in this forum. You're very argumentative and should tone it down. You've made your point and now should leave it alone. Afterall, this is a FS thread.

Posting a VIN online is not a big deal at all. Every time you park your car or bike in the street n walk away from it is the same risk. No one can do anything with it anyway. Same as how some folks blur our their license plates when posting photos online. That's even more funny to me.

Anyway, very good price for an unmolested, practically brand new motor

Yawn, for a claimed Federal Officer, your grammar and punctuation is really poor. How many people have got off charges from you not filling out the paper work correctly???

Sorry just had to have a dig, crazy cantab humour, but seriously what do you have left for sale from this bike? Could you do an updated list with prices.

FYI,
You cad post any 1199 ducati vin, just don't post the vin of you missing 1199 or my buddy's stolen 1199 and your good.

I'm sure stolen parts wash up here all the time..
 
If anyone on here is serious about buying the airbox/frame then providing the owner is legit and provides the VIN number, a quick check with Ducati and you will be able to establish which dealer the bike was originally delivered to, then the buyer. At that stage if the two don't marry up or the bike was sold on, it should be easy enough to link this machine up with the OP. If you can't walk away.
