It's not a matter of IF he will crash it, just a matter of WHEN. A shame too, that's one very nice motorcycle. It's quality is wasted on a person like that. He should just go buy a bunch of clapped out Gixxer 1000's and 600's and beat them to death instead of wasting his money on high quality bikes he destroys in a short time. The streets are NOT a Race Course...and he is NOT a Race quality rider.

Just remember that the Military justice system works COMPLETELY different than the civilian one...and ESPECIALLY oversea's. This all happened in italy while he was in the US Military....so while you think you have an understanding of what he was found guilty of and why he pled guilty.....I can promise there are extenuating circumstances as to what happened and why he pled guilty.

There was a video where he tried to explain it away but he came off as a cry baby felon not taking responsibility. Blamed it on an ex-girlfriend.

Plenty of men and women navigate careers in the service without coming out as a felon with a bad conduct discharge.

Not trying to support Max Wrist. I think he's a total sociopath, but the specifications listed do not include child sexual assault, merely assault and battery. Sounds to me like a drunken rampage with fights and hookers involved. Until we see the evidence, in it's entirety, going beyond just the specifications and not into the particulars should not warrant additional commentary. One of my collateral duties while I was on Okinawa in the 80s was being the Group Brig chaser..ie. escorting prisoners to the civilian police (Japanese Police) for questioning and trial. Some of the people involved were drug dealers, rapists, and several wound up in the Japanese penal system. To this day I have not commented on them. That's the place of the courts involved.

Let's put this into perspective. A U.S. Army E7 assigned to SETAF or whatever unit in Vincenza Italy, gets drunk and hits and or assaults a child, sodomizes a hooker or fellow service member or their wife? And he was a former Marine as well?

The guy is a loser and disgrace to the military. As mentioned above, we all have higher expectation and standard for our service members. The only reason he didn't get sent to Leavenworth for an extended period is probably because people came in to testify on his behalf and his prior record was called into account. When Soldiers, Sailors or Marines do .... like this, it destroys cohesion and morale of the entire unit.

Based on my experience, I'm surprised the judge didn't give him a harsher sentence.

She was not his only victim they found out when they investigated him. He knew he was going down for the crimes so he quickly bought subscriber's and started posting insane videos. He then found Maxy, the guy who took over while he was in Leavenworth prison. He served about a year and a half from his guilty plea. He then rejoined Maxy, hence the two Maxwrists. He admitted to all of this in court documents. The video Maxy put up was because he was taking heat from it. Not one word was accurate. HEugene was also guilty of gay prostitution, and other crimes. He has 14 federal felonies. He then dated Wristy girl, remember her, it was short lived he convinced her to buy the trailer they now use and then left her in the dust for the elderly woman he now uses, Dayna. How do I know all this? His victims are family members of mine. He should have been canceled long ago, he is a horrible person with a horrible past."



This guys life and actions are just total chaos and I am sorry to see him now riding a Duc.

Why is everyone still questioning this? Yes Eddy went to prison, yes he’s a huge POS. No accusations are false. I know his first wife and have been apart of his daughters life more than he could ever dream to be. They were married 6 years but together for 9. This was before this girlfriend he assaulted. First wife met him in the USMC yes he served in the Marine Corps and Army. He beat his ex wife and served jail time. somehow he and his mom convinced her to drop charges and 2 days after court he served divorce papers as a thank you for saving his army career. He habitually cheated and beat her was emotionally violent and was supported by his crazy mom and dysfunctional family. He didn’t care about anyone not even his daughter, no matter what it was always eddy first. Sex addict with so many excuses. In 2011 his wife finalized the divorce and 2 years later he let his ex wife’s now husband adopt his daughter. He hasn’t seen her since. He didn’t want to pay child support and again he’s so screwed up and a child doesn’t fit into his lifestyle. All the follow on things happened after his first marriage. He never rode a motorcycle prior too or during his first marriage though he did ride bmx. I can say with great confidence that all those charges stated above are true."

I never cared for his vids, riding or messaging. He is a ........ who has probably inspired more than one young rider to ride recklessly and get badly hurt and that was before I discovered he is a violent child abuser, rapist and misogynist.
