Micro swirls

I have some micro swirls that have accumulated over time on my duc
What have you done to remove them and how thin is my clearcoat?

I use a Rupes LHR 75 random orbit polisher and their Keramikk Gloss polishing compound to remove micro swirls and then put on a coat of wax. I feel that leaves a nice clean paint, you can also go for another round or 2 with even finer polishing compounds to get an even finer finish :)

Don't have the equipment to measure paint/clearcoat depth, so can't answer that part.
 
I did it by hand with Meguiars Polish and they all came out. Take your time and use cleaning clay before hand, I re polish and wax every month..
 
IMO polish them first then get it nano ceramic coated for easier maintenance in the future.
