So far the Panigale brought me nothing but joy. I have already seen many problems on this forum that I'm so glad my 1199 is in good shape or so I thought ...
Since yesterday I noticed my left mirror was waving about when I was riding on less then perfect roads. It shakes up and down for about 1-2 cm. The problem is that it can move too much and is to loose. (in the green circle ).
It's not the baseplate with the 2 screws that is loose it's the main arm of the mirror on the baseplates pivotpoint. Does anyone else have this problem?
When I pull the mirrors ( so mirror + bracket ) in a forward facing position the bracket is locked firmly and does not move. When I try to pull the mirrors in a backwards facing position the brackets touch the windscreen. Can someone tell me if this is the case on a standard windscreen too? I have the bigger one.
