I want to change OE gearings on V4R and trying to find out what people normally use on medium to long tracks.

I'm targeting Misano / Mugello but want to have enough drive at Jerez / Cartagena as well.

Does 16/44 114 links sound about right ? or better do 16-43 ?

Is OEM chain 525 or 520 ?

16 - 44 is practically the same as stock 15 - 42

just a bit taller gearing

go stock first, then when you start gaining speed on that certain track, you will know if you need taller gearing or a bit shorter

would just recomend to buying a 16 front and a 43 rear

with that you can go 1 teeth short, if you need it

or 2 or 3 teeth taller

Thanks ! It makes sense, I think that's what I'm going to do
