I think it's going to be between Rossi, Maverick, or Marquez. I want rossi to win number 10. Either way I just want a good race in Austin this year. ROSSI had a DNF last year flew all the way to Texas and that guy didn't even give me the show I wanted. Lol, and went down early too.

Here's a good read on predictions...
2017 MOTOGP PREVIEW - ON YOUR MARKS, ....... - BIKE ME!

Quote:" I have other feels. And I feel that Marquez is not well disposed to letting Rossi win the title just because it's the polite thing to do. Nor is Rossi's new team-mate, Maverick, who is already riding his new Yamaha at speeds those Haldron Collider geeks actually .......... to."

LMAO:D

This might be the best MotoGP article I've ever read.

We are at the halfway point (+ 1 race)

How are your pre-season predictions looking???

I now see Vinales as a slight underdog for the championship with MM looking so strong, but he is still there with a chance. I did not expect Dovi to be so close to the top spot. One DNF from any of these top 5 aliens and the pendulum will swing pretty far.

Who wants to double down or change their pick at this point?

Let me review and get back to you...

Oh, and you missed a great two days at the Ridge! :D

As a former road racer and guy thats lived twice as long as I ever figured on, I'll stick with my original pick. Valentino. 93 still has some crashing left to do, and Maverick has lost confidence. Dovi and Pedrosa just don't have it in them to be champions in the Big Boy class.

After further review and watching the last race I'll stick with my original pick of MM 93

I chose Maverick at the start of the season.

At this point it's clear Marquez has the advantage, but I disagree that Maverick has lost any confidence. He's only 14 points down on Marc. Any of the top 5 aliens could have won in Brno if the weather hadn't mixed up the field so much.

Not only that, but they're all susceptible to another DNF before the end of the year that could eliminate their chances immediately.

This will come down to Valencia again with maybe 4 riders with a shot at the title in the final round if everyone keeps riding so consistently.

We're lucky to be witnessing a "golden era" of competitiveness. Enjoy this!
