miller should have gotten 30 seconds advantage, not only 3 rows

Yes or start everyone from pit lane. But what happened to Miller was very unfair.

Yep...30 second head start would have been more fair and would have replicated the effect of a pit lane start for the others.

But, race direction made the right call putting everyone on the grid. It's way, way too dangerous to start them all out of the pit lane like that. It would be absolute pandemonium.

Back in 2015 mm made a mockery of the sport, and got away with it. His arrogance has only grown. DORNA has created a monster, I would like to see him set down for the rest of this season. Let him come to America and run AFT and some Supercross events and see how far his "rubbin is racin" tactics get him. Hell put him in a stock car, the "bump and run" is standard practice in that venue.

can you explain please how in 2015 MM made a mockery of the sport. facts please

We all know you hate Rossi and his fans but wow Mark. To say that the Marquez/Rossi incident was a non issue is a bit much. Your hatred for Rossi has clearly clouded your judgment. It could have been anyone else besides Rossi. It was still a very amateur and irresponsible move by Marquez. Reminds me of the aggressiveness of Simoncelli when he used to pull that .... back in the day.

which was worse double 0 zarco on pedrosa or marc on rossi? lets say they are equal for the sake of the argument. why nothing on zarco. i will have to rewatch the race and see who petrucci sabotaged.

all i can say from the few club races i've done: i chose the LWT classes for "more easy going competitors" and not the meat grinder class (600's)....

if i'd have known that there's a known "stuffer" like MM in a race, i'd had sat it out.

difference is, i'm not getting paid millions, but it would still piss me off. racing is somewhat a gentlemen's agreement. not much room for dicks. even on a very competitive level.

Marc on Rossi was worse. There was a small door open for Zarco and Dani came back and they were both there together with light touch. Marc was using guys as motocross berms out there...not the same. Rubbin is racing but ramming is not.

Why is everyone bringing up Zarco? There was little to no contact made, he pushed Dani wide, Dani got on the gas and high sided. Yes; total ....... move by Zarco, but Zarco didn't make Dani crash, Dani made Dani crash.

MM plowed Rossi off the track in a corner with no run off. Pure lack of respect for other riders or the sport of Moto GP

MM should be suspended and fined like any other professional sport or athlete. He caused a massive mess, could've potentially hurt or killed someone.

I'm a fan of the sport not any specific rider. You can't have someone that reckless in this sport. Racing is dangerous, more so motorcycle racing. He could've ended Rossi's career being that aggressive. He could've passed him in the very next corner. Makes no sense.

Yes there are intense battles for position and races can involve contact. But thats not what MM did yesterday. He was careless to the sport as a whole, other riders and his own life.

Pit lane starts should be for mechanical problems only. They should of made them start on the tires they took to the grid amd then they should of pit first lap. This is just a cop out and a joke.

MM move on Rossi was no different to Zarco move on Dani which also resulted in a crash.
Dani crashed because he was on new slicks through a wet patch no rider motogp or not is going to give it gas through water on new dry tyres.

One eyed rossi fans would stop watching

anything like rossi on sete? asking for a friend

Love ya Mark but this isn't a Marquez vs Rossi thing. Doesn't matter who it was...Marquez's riding was unacceptable. I'm a fan, but he deserved a black flag.

rossi should have pulled off the race line like he said in 2015 as he isnt a contender. also if you are scared to race as rossi has said he should quit.

one thing is for sure MurderMarc is back and he is better than anyone else :D

looks like MM's ambition outweighed his talent

oh, wait :D

if uccio would have let marc talk to rossi marc could have said listen your ambition for 10 outweighs your talent sorry you were so slow.

still waiting for how marc ruined 2015. looking for the facts.

as for this race i have no problem with any penalties given at all. my problem is total inconsistency with race direction. we all know if it was reversed we would have heard what a great move it was. how there was so little space but he got it done the dr blah blah blah.

I was really looking forward to reading what others had said about the Argentina race, but then I see mark419ny has been probably commenting on Rossi related matters. I open the thread and it's been ruined and taken over again by him with mindless and repeated dribble.

I know nothing can be done about it, but I just thought I'd mention it. Now will come the 'I must be a Rossi lover' lines I would think!
