Multistrada 2021 V4 DQS - Operation

Hello guys
Just bought my Multi Travel & Radar here in Greece. I am not sure that my info is correct about the DQS (Quick-shift)
The manual says the DQS if enabled works from 2250 rpm and then.
In the shop, I bought the engineer told me to work in only in high rpm and if working low (3000-4000) I will have problems in the future and after some use
What is please the correct use?

You have to be above 2250 RPM for it to work, but the shifts won't be very smooth. It will functions better when higher in the RPM range.
 
Thanks...I usually do not work low
But if sometimes is less than 5000-5500 will it causes problem in the future ?
 
No, but won't be as smooth. I would not constantly do it though. Every once in a while won't hurt.

I don't use the QS to shift up typically when less than 7k.
