Progress pics of my 1199R

I've decided to keep the superstock manifold system and opt for a motor build by ducati Winchester

Prior to this build it made a consistent 186 on pump gas with a nice power curve but there's always room for improvement

I will be using the SSTK ecu for tuning
Robby Moto triples
Febur oil cooler / radiator
Dp Rearsets
Full carbon race fairings
Marchesini anodized gold wheels
Galfer pro series 330mm rotors

More pics to come

The R needs additional improvements? :)

On a more serious note, what's your purpose of modding to this extent? Racing or just love modding like myself?

I love modding but il be racing this season I ran the 848evo before this will be a different exp for me

So I've heard about the superstock ECU in a few places, but never seen any technical information on it, other than people saying it costs an arm and a leg. Care to share any particulars on it? I'm just a tech nerd sometimes and like to know.

Nice! Thank for Nathan's number, he hooked me up with the plug kit. I also just got my radiator/ oil cooler from MAC racing. Will let you know how the install goes.

That's what Kopes bike would have looked like had he not tweaked his nuts . What you doing to the motor ? What's your goal ?

Are you talking about the issue about the nuts he found in the air box / frame area? Kobe has been a big help in my project for sure I owe him a big thank you

Valve job
Thinner head gasket
Cam timing done by a tool that is 10th of a degree accurate. Can't share the details yet but excited to see it done
The bike already made enough power I just wanted a bit more in the mid range and be able to have that extra torque
Sstk ecu by motorapido very big thank you to Steve Moore
Full carbon race fairings
Ducati corse carbon race belly pan cut to fit the sstk piping
Mwr fairing stay with bigger air openings
Febur oil cooler and radiator setup which deletes the heat exchanger

Donnie Unger from Ducati Winchester has been building my motors for years. My 1098 hit so hard it was hard to hold on coming off the corners .

no thanks required ! :)

This will be cool to see when it's all done. I bet that Febur radiator and oil cooler was really cheap as well. Febur makes some very nice parts.

Here is the MWR kit I ordered last week - right now its about a 2 week wait for the MWR oversized kit

I found a great deal on it so i had to order it :p
