Next step will be custom TuneBoy mapping with a Sprint WSB filter, BDS blip box shifter, triple clamps
I'm waiting for Boulder Motorsports to complete their move to there new shop then I can have the mapping done

Which org do you race with?

Will these mods keep your bike Superstock legal (wheels, etc)? Or will you have to race it in Superbike/Formula classes?

As you can tell my project is a work in progress, trying not to have it off the road in riding season, now trying make up for the 6 odd weeks I missed June - July.
Sunday I rode a planned a near 400 mile ride in ND where I work on circular route in the badlands which is probably the only good superbike type roads in this state, the wind was the only issue but the Pani handled it fine not so much me the rider.

Fuel break # 5 of the 6 refuels of the day.

Have to say that I'm only scratching the start of my build, so far just minor bolt-on's the stock DES is now dialed in for me even though it's still a compromise with too stiff rear spring, front cannot fault, overall feeling is the DES is much better that last years opinion, fueling is poor <5500rpm but above seems fine
Race Mode, DTC1 EBC min (3?) ABS min

The bike is just plain nuts, what can I say just amazing how composed it can be when its also trying to kill you, ND roads are rough particularly at 120+ bike is consistently either goes light or wheelies even in the 150 range
One piece of bad news my fault got nailed for 97 in a 65 oh well should been more cautious when getting close to a town. Note to self get a radar jammer
Next step is finally ride in my new home area of Montana Rockies this coming weekend, then a trip to Boulder Motorsport for the Tuneboy custom mapping, WSB sprint filter & BDS blip box down shifter.
Bike runs much cooler with the MAC oil/water cooler averaged 170

Menu is far easier than the stock switch, mode buttons work as per 1-2 on stock, Lap is same as center button on stock ie Cancel #4, stock flasher is the Set button #3

As you can see I do not have turn signals, horn and just 1 bar end mirror, so I cannot switch high beam but I don't ride at night anyway. The set button still flashes the high as its a dual function

All I know re BMS is that new address is posted on Brian's FB business page
It's still in Boulder

Robby Moto adj' offset billet clamps installed. 2.0 insert same as OE 14R, very nice quality may only be a few grams lighter though definitely stronger / stiffer than the OE hollow cast lower / machined top stock combo' comes complete with Ti fasteners, I was able to re-use the OE stock ball angular contact bearings which I preference over aftermarket taper rollers 1: self aligning 2: lighter 3: lower rolling resistance.

Sean- I did the 24 degree conversion and up one rate on fork springs and went to -4 setting on the rear with a Ti SL coil down one rate. Perfectly balanced now for me! I highly recommend it! [emoji469]

Where and how much for the ignition key delete?

I recently seen on the Socio obd2 scanner w/ Italian software that it can syn' key and also delete the Immobilizer, Kaemna in Germany can supply custom SSTK ECU without immobilizer, Service lights ETC however Brian @ Boulder Motorsports didn't think he would be able to add a custom Tuneboy map with the other features I like on TB i.e. Fuel cut, no limits on 1-3 gears. But you could use Rapidbike.
Socio scanner is around $1200. Or go to a independent Italian bike shop that has it. Kaemna ECU is around $600. I don't know which way to go, I have an option to buy a complete NOS SSTK wiring harness for 50% off OE list it's just supposed to be " plug & play " with the Kaemna ECU

Finally installed the Mac Cooling lines with the Mac Y which eliminates the thermostat housing, I had to tweek the lower aluminum tube that feeds the water pump as the Mac piece is not a perfect fit, neither is their Y but I made it work, at some point I will fab my own pieces.
Also installed the Smog Plates, removed all the associated hoses & plugged the servo so it cannot flow unfiltered air in the the air box

Bike runs much smoother no more surging & choking 4 stroking at low revs

Now the bike runs obviously even cooler, to the point that I will need to tape the radiator on cooler days, this afternoon air temp was 57 and max coolant temp was 155

Forgot mention clamps, well the look great little less of the abundant alloy finish, lowered the front approx 3mm love the front end feel, only down side is the RM clamps have less steering lock than stock.
