A DP carbon heat shield and decibel killer inserts for 1199 Termignoni cans are also included. The carbon heat shield has a few very faint small scratches around the screw holes from test fitting the piece. Other than that, it's in great shape (see pics).
Parts totaling $235 are not included in these kits but are needed to fit a full system. For full disclosure I've listed them here. If you have the Termi slip-ons and up-map, you may already have them:
