Because people with older Ducati's had to go through very expensive therapy following the change from dry to wet clutch. This wonderful piece, allows you a softer landing.

Nope. Half the Duc's I've owned have had wet clutches including an "older Ducati" ('93 750ss). The Panigale is nothing new. It's you young punks that are in shock thinking Ducati's have always had dry clutches. :D

I still have one of those push spouts rattling around in a tool box here somewhere that you used to open those.

I run into people that don't know what the "other end" of a bottle opener is for so I have to explain oil cans and juice cans. :) The push spout beats the heck out of the bottle opener and paper funnel though!

If it makes you feel better FRH and Engine oil for tanks still comes in a can. Never used key, used hammer and screw driver.
