Hello All,

Looking forward to poking around and getting some great information on the panigale here! I just sold my 2010 Camaro making ~1000HP that I was drag racing due to a move so I just picked up this white 2013 1199 with ABS. There was a panigale S in red next to it but I had to have the white!

I have a bunch of bikes including a turbo hayabusa that I'll be taking to the Texas Mile. I had a 2012 848 Evo as well before this panigale and I just was not a fan of the riding position or the ergonomics. I traded that bike in got a fair price and I picked up this panigale. I've already got 225mi on her took a 125mi day ride with some folks from a ducati forum and I gotta say I got off the bike and felt great not sore at all. The power is truly incredible although I haven't really given it all she's got until the 600mi service. Even so the pani had amazing mid-range punch keeping it below 6k through the twisties. I'm already ordering Full Termis and a Race Seat

Thanks man. I think my modifying car days are long behind me haha, it cost a fortune and I lost out incredibly during the sale of the car. I don't think I'll be doing that again. I'd rather keep putting bikes into the garage LOL :D.

Anybody is interested here are some pics/vids of the camaro:

Acceleration was done on low boost setting 740whp. High Boost was 844whp and then a 100shot of nitrous on top.

One question I had for everyone, I read something about this up-map for the panigale. Does that only apply to when you have the termi's. I'm also not sure since my bike is a '13 if it maybe came with the new mapping?

Also thoughts on slip-ons vs full system. I was going to order the full thing but I think I'll go slip-ons again even though I think the stock exhaust sounds great as is.

Where you from?
i'm in Monmouth County, near Asbury Park.
I've got a white S. We shall ride some day

I met up with a couple guys from here today. Nice ride up to Easton PA, down to Philly, then home. Best 11 hours of my life.

I think white is the best

I agree, it gives you more time to decide on a color. ;)

I don't think you have to worry about the up map, the last was 11/2012 and should be on your '13.. If you get the full-termi it will have it's own map. Unless you're tracking your bike primarily I would go with slips. Best bang for the buck.

Up north by morristown. For sure man send me a pm I just went out with a buddy of mine today for about 245mi. Time for my 600mi service haha. We went up 519 to high point state park and then all the way back down 519. It's one of the best motorcycling roads in NJ IMO.

Sounds like a sick ride man pa has some great roads

Lol. White is best

Yeah gonna do slip ons, this will mainly be my street rider, gonna pickup a triumph 675r next spring for a track weapon and daily cruiser. This pani drinks gas like a truck lol, riding with a buddy of mine today with his 600rr and he kept laughing at me as I kept bugging him to stop and get gas lol

Welcome and congrats on a great bike. I envy you on the roads that are so close to your house. I have to travel through many stop and go traffic before I can reach some back roads like yours. And I love your Camaro. I have the money to buy a ZL1 Camaro but the wife wants me to update and repair our house first. Oy!

Thanks man. Some decent roads by me but lots of people/traffic/cops. Really have to go some distance I'd say 20-30mi away from where I am to get to the good stuff here in NJ.

ZL1 is quite a car and a lot of people say oh buy a 1LE and supercharge it. Well you don't get the heavy duty drivetrain of the ZL1, mag ride, etc. ZL1 is a hell of a car for the money.

Welcome fellow white owner!!!! Slip ons are the best cost effective option, and sprocket change, will not disappoint you in any way, I had an R32 Skyline Godzilla with nitro and pumping 1k HP and my Pani would eat it with these slight mods.
