Hello all.

Am new to the forum and want to introduce myself.

I currently own a Ducati Diavel and a couple of other non-Italian bikes. I plan to purchase a Panigale in the next few months.

Just weighing up whether to get the S or the standard. From what I have read so far the base model is probably the way to go for me.

Regards.

Peter

Welcome Pete!

I went the base model and I couldn't be happier.

There's quite a few of us on here from Sydney.

Enjoy!

I was in the same boat as you a couple of weeks ago when deciding which model to get. At $7k difference between the 2, I thought it was a lot of money although you get to "play" with the electronic suspension on the "S". It boiled down to what I was going to use the bike for and the choice became obvious. I use it as a daily ride in the streets and have no intention to race it at the track. So, for me it was a case of setting the suspension for street use and forget about it. I suppose with track use, the setting will be different depending on the track, so the "S" will come in handy when dialing in the settings.
So, for me with the extra money in the pocket, I will take the family for a holiday this X'mas at the Gold Coast!:)

Sounds Good. I'm at Eatern Creek on Monday. (I know thats short notice). Let us know when and where everyone is and we can meet up. I think its best to keep it in the other post.

Did anyone go on the Frasers ride last Friday Night?

Thanks for the replies. I would be up for a ride, if you don't mind me at the back on the Diavel!
