Looks sharp! How much did it all cost and how long did it take to install? I'm assuming it was pretty much plug and play? I'm definitely considering the same thing. I like having mirrors because I commute quite a bit and like to have maximum situational awareness but obviously the vibration in the stock sets make that a bit challenging.
Thanks! Purchased from MotovationUSA.com.. was $562 total (Mirrors, Turn Sigs, Brackets, and Connectors). Install was about 1.5 hrs with the hardest part finding a spot for the included bulky resistor you have to wire in. Visibility is not so great because they do not stick out as much as the OEMs, you just have to move your arm in against the tank to really see what is behind you. Overall I am satisfied with it .
I bought these too, but haven't installed them yet. From what I took from the instructions and videos I watched, I thought you don't have to install the resistors on the V2?
They look great on the Panigale. But, to be honest, no mirrors work the same as the stock mirrors at any time the bike is actually moving. In the UK there’s no law to say you have to have mirrors so the alternative to stock mirrors is just a mirror delete plate. Unless of course you want to see behind you when you are moving.
Agreed, OEM is the best for view, but damn they vibrate so much on the panigale that it really is useless.
