Hi all, am new to the forums here, and new to Ducati ownership.. but loving it so far. I recently bought an 1199S after coming from a K6 GSXR 1000 and I am absolutely in love with the thing... it's unbelievable!
I test rode both the S1000RR HP4 and the Panigale S, i could not fault the BMW which is why i bought the Panigale... sounds strange but it seemed that the Panigale had a soul of its own.
Don't get me wrong i absolutely loved the HP4 but everything about it was so damn perfect that I felt there was nothing to tame, whereas the Panigale felt more like I was taking a fire breathing dragon out for a walk... it has gone on to be the best bike I have ever owned or ridden. Hands Down.
I'm living in North Sydney and always keen for a spin, was there talk of organising a ride day sometime? Look forward to meeting and riding with you all... looks like a great forum!
