Nice tank

I am a big fan of larger capacity tanks, and larger airbox volume... The profile of this one just doesn't seem right by the rider seat.

Doesn't Ducati Omaha (Jarelj... Chime in???) have a lead on a CF tank available that is being used on Jake Holden's AMA bike? That was a sweet tank.
 
i am really feeling their entire 1199C bike at the end of that page. looks the business, minus the red anodized bling...

Think they were copying the WSBK tanks, which are like that now to push the riders back and keep weight on the rear.
 
Okay, so I must fess up... I've never known what the tube is coming out of the top of the tank.

What is that for?
