Well, the small break in the weather here in UK means I managed to get my bike to the dealer for is first service yesterday.

Not too many things on the list of things for them to look at for me but it does need a little rework.

The brake bottle bolt has cut a hole in the pipe.
The gear lever has come loose from the splines.
The RH plastic cover by the side of the seat keeps coming loose.
The LH black plastic cover next to the headlamp bung keeps popping out.
Total oil usage running in, 100ml. Not bad.

The suspensions moving over to "P" and the service guys kindly disconnecting the flapper valve, he says this will leave an error message in the ECU but nothing that will invalidate the warranty as its purely for noise suppression.

Can't wait to get my baby back as the garage looks empty without her :(

I have done 4300 miles now niggles so far:

Changed the footpegs as the Originals are not grippy enough
Have re covered the stock seat as that is too slippy also
one of the bolts holding the tail unit has dropped out (underneath)
and 2 of the bolts holding the metal exhaust cover have dropped out.
I've noticed today when putting my seat back on that bolts under the seat holding the tail unit pieces on were loose !!

I've done 620.2 miles!!
- Gear shift issue corrected before I picked bike up as first one out of dealers fell off as bolt too small
- I have brake line wear but not great and will get a fix this coming Friday when in for service
- RHS plastic cover under tank also loose and flaps a little but again not great
- heel guard has opened up stitching on my Sidi where the plastic heel cover fixes to the leather and yesterday the guard managed to get in-between the plastic and boot and I couldn't get my foot off the left peg!! I guess the heel guard, my UK size 9 and my foot positioning caused this but never had an issue on other bikes. Temp fix will be some duct tape on boot but will look for longer or shorter heel guard.
- and finally the bike seems to fling a lot of muck off the chain even though i've taken factory stuff off and put my usual on? Constantly cleaning rear wheel with WD40!!

PS - Kingfixer what pegs did you get? Any chance of a picture or two? Txs.
