Oil Leak -Not a very Good Start!

Yes true! It's gone in for the first service and full Termis so they should sort it

Picking it up Wednesday, am also ditto on twitter!

I was reading on another site that a couple have caught fire because of oil leaks! Luckily I spotted the tell tail signs on the garage floor

Yeah, fire would not be good

Like most exotic companies, there will be issues because the companies just don't have the means to test extensively as Honda, Yamaha etc with giant budgets. Ferrari is a perfect example. A few problems, fires here and there and fixes are made. It's part of owning an exotic, but wish it wasn't. I'm hoping that by waiting for my body to heal, Ducati will have some of these glitches fixed before I buy.

Well the bike has the Full Termi System on and first service complete, no more issues with the oil leak. The technician recons it was just out of a breather pipe when I put it on the paddock stand hot!

Runs great now I've been taking it up through the rev range and had an OHLINs specialist set the suspension up for me. Happy Days!

It just had a wet dream that night, prob icing an I-4 out of a turn... no biggie.

Can I recommend running your full Termis without the upmap, having seen mine on the dyno you will make better power with the standard map.

I believe that they may have just released a new map which is better! I will check and let you know.
