If it were 12 inches tall, plastic, and cost $19.99 it would be a cool self-propelled kids toy.
 
Better name would be Super Beluga. Looks like a whale out of water. Or an unholy mating of Flipper and a Diavel.

That's not a "vision" - it's a nightmare.
