You’re looking for standard Ti socket head bolts that are drilled for safety wire correct?
 
I was looking for these exact ones (hex cone top) but ti + drilled -

the standard socket head m8x1.25x30 I can find

You do bring up a good point tho, WHY ha I guess I just wanted the same style the forks come with

The only ones I have that are drilled for safety wire came from Ohlins. Just buy the standard Ti socket cap bolt and drill the head for the wire.
 
I work in aviation. Most of our aircraft hardware is drilled for safety wire. For those that aren't (but need to be) there is a tool. tie-wire-tool

Make sure you have a decent supply of bits with that jig. Depending on the material you’re drilling, you’re going to need them
 
I ended up getting this off amazon and using my drill press to drill through it. Best way to not break bits is to peck the bolt instead of holding the bit on the bolt itself. This kit is nice because the bit goes through the "guide bolt" so you know you will hit the same hole everytime. Make sure you use plenty of lube ;)
