Bump. One of the best upgrades you could do for your bike.

Hi. What are the two springs' rates (I'm not good with the Ohlins codes printed on it)? And how much use is on it? Just wondering if I'd need to give it a rebuild before using.

I'm no spring expert :)

Spring# currently on the shock - 01092-24/80 L2622 - 80 Newton spring rate
Spare Spring - 01092-29/90 L4914 - 90 Newton spring rate

This shock was used for 9 track days. I don't think that warrants a rebuild but that's your choice.

Thanks for that. How much do you weigh, if I can ask, and what's your pace? You chose the 80 over the 90, or it came like that?

Fair enough, on the rebuild!

Anyway, I'm interested. I'll PM you.

Without gear, 165 LBS. I didn't change the spring. It came like that.

On my best day, I am mid A pace at Nor Cal tracks or so I could claim LOL

Right on. I'm the same weight. Just wondering what the starting point is.

I'm unfortunately uncovering some boo-boos in this salvage bike that need cost and time priory before the fun upgrades. But I want the shock and will take it, if you still have it, as I get this other stuff sorted. Sorry to be wishy washy!
