Just an update should have exhaust in my hands tomorrow 1.12.15 from order placed in the evening on 1.7.15. Talk about expedited shipping! I can't even get packages from other states this quickly!

Just got done installing the exhaust! I did notice the exhaust did not come with the up map. I will reach out to them but overall very impressed how long it took which was only 3 business days. Exhaust was on point just the upmap didn't come with it. Overall very happy on the money saved even without the upmap. Would highly recommend!

Confirmed slip on does not come with up map but overall very satisfied! Worth the money hands down

Thanks for the update. I am looking at the full system on ebay from this company and they are asking $1,900. I'm having a hard time believing that price. Is this a legit exhaust or a knockoff?

The Termi systems do not come with the upmap read the fine print

Otherwise it's great deals!

Please let us know if you get hit with any duties upon the products coming to the USA.
They certainly have very competitive prices on all sorts of stuff, wheels, rear-sets, rotors, etc.

Will do. I just messaged them to find out, so hopefully I'll hear back soon.

I would be extremely surprised if they had any idea of US duties and tariffs. I think one of the retailers on here might know, or anyone who has purchased a product from outside of US and imported it directly.

I have bought an exhaust for a 390 Duke on line from a CDN Internet-based retailer and was not hit with the duties; however, I know if I had a box in the back of my car as I drove across the border, I sure would be slapped with a duty.

It may be a crap-shoot. I'm just not sure what the potential taxes might be.

I see.

I've ordered parts from Italy already and haven't had to pay additional fees, so I'm guessing this purchase won't be any different.

it's a gamble.

with potential legal consequences.

you might not get charged now but they might come after you.

you might get charged by the importer (like FedEx) who has to shell out the duty for you. (happened with me when i bought a watch in Europe, fedex paid the fees and sent me an invoice)

the CBP or whoever might hold your package until your fee

however, the first case is the most common from what i've heard.

Bought marchesini wheels from these guys and no taxes etc etc...

Try and be sure to get them to ship DHL.... the Italian post that swaps over to the US leaves much to be wanted as far as tracking.. not a good thing when you dump $1500+ and have no idea when or if parts will show up.

Oh boy, could I tell stories about import duties! I would just say, don't be surprised if you get a bill in the mail in a month or two from a 3rd party processing company. And it's not at all consistent, we've had shipments of the same exact products come months apart, and one time we'll get an import duty bill and the next time we won't. Our government efficiency hard at work, apparently.

I never blame anyone for wanting to save a few bucks, I do the same thing myself all the time, just make sure you know what you're giving up for the low price from Europe due to the strong Dollar right now. 1) potential import duties, 2) warranty coverage

Yikes... Well hopefully I won't have a problem. I have yet to get a bill on my last import and that was more than 6 months ago, so hopefully I'll be fine here too

So I found a local guy who is selling a full system with the gen 2 Termi carbon fiber heat shield. The exhaust has less than 1500 miles on it and he'll give it to me for $1800 shipped, so I think I'll go that route to be safe. It would be nice to have a brand new exhaust, but I would need the heat shield and I'm sure that it would cost more than the $50 difference between the two setups.
