Gunny,

I'm finally getting around to a 520 chain conversion after successfully running a 14T front sprocket for the last 6,500 miles. I saw this on an old MWR thread and wanted to know exactly which rear sprocket parts these are:

One more question Gunny (or anyone else for that matter): are the spocket bolts in this picture available pre-drilled or do they have to be drilled out manually?

What you're looking at there is this.

With titanium bolts, titanium Cush drives and a magnesium carrier.

I have it all except for the titanium.

And as far as the safety wire I'm pretty sure it's just wrapped around the lip on those bolts.

yeah the safety wire thing in this instance is pretty much for bling, doesn't really do anything. It's very popular and I see loads of ducs with this done. Always planned to but never got around to it.
