Going with the Corse edition colors. He's going to sand down the tank to get the brushed aluminum look then go with the later years Corse colors. Guy does very meticulous work. Said he's doing 2 in the next month and just finished one recently. None were the Corse colors so he's pretty excited. Going to throw some things to the powder coater while it's getting painted too. Probably wont get it back until the 3rd wk of september but it'll be worth it.

Can you say PSYCHED! :D

Sounds cool, but why not wait until winter months?

Like he said I just wanna get it done. Unfortunately I don't get too much time to ride so losing the bike for a few weeks won't bother me much. Except for the fact I can't drool over it like I do every night.

you have a pro all lined up for this I take it? Someone who does high end bikes and all? If you want a different choice I hve one of the best on east coast as a best friend fr 20 yrs.
Unless you are committed and all set I would perhaps try a call to him to brainstorm. He has won more frigging awards than you used gallons of gas! lol.
Just thouht Id ask. Another member here is actually meeting with him Fri to create an awesome replica scheme, cant wait to see that on sharkskinz!! PM me if ya want a hook up Kman. Always here to help!

Pretty committed. He came highly recommended with many reputable sources. He's been painting for about 20 yrs. he does everything from show bikes, which he also won numerous awards, track skins and everything in between. Just for shuts and giggles what's your guys name anyhow?

Look forward to seeing the results, as I love the Carbonvani Corse carbon body kit :)

Out of interest, did you compare prices of painting v body kit?

His name is Sean lezotte and this is his company next door to you in Connecticut! Another member is meeting with him Friday for his sharkskin set. Done all my bikes and even I won awards off them. Good to go man.

I didn't bother comparing body kits. I've seen a few around but I've never seen a full body kit match up as nice as oem stuff. That carbonvani kit does look nice but it's almost anoth G more than my paint quote.

Thanks Gunny I'll check out his site today. Sounds like he knows his ..... Off to work for now.

I`ve seen one on facebook Ducati1199Panigale,the only thing it misses is the aluminium tank!!but colors are nice.....exept the gold wheels!!
