It's only a matter of time before the removal of a evap canister or exhaust alerts the EPA police to your location with ticket in hand and flatbed to tow.

Yeah, I agree! Think it would look much better if they put them back under the tail.

I like the side exhaust. Undertail exhausts are ..... They add unnecessary weight, and drastically affect the CoG and weight transfer/direction changes. There is a reason why everyone has been getting rid of them with their redesigns.
Off the top of my head, the only bikes that still have the undertail exhaust are the CBR600RR and the MV F4......and that is because neither of those bikes have been updated since Moby Dick was a minnow.
I just don't like the 2 pipes on the side; that looks ridiculous. If/when somebody figures out how to make it into 1 pipe (like on the MV F3) it will look good.
