Panigale gear problem

I had it quite often only on 5th to 6th upshift. Happened in no other gears. I was convinced it was a dqs / shift star issue but the dealer suggested him altering the gear lever position and to be fair, I've not yet had the problem reoccur.

If I'm not accelerating, I give a little squeeze of the clutch for a smooth easy shift. Less wear and tear IMO. No need to shift racer boy style if I'm just cruising.

I only use the quick shifter when I'm accelerating. And it seems more reliable the harder I ride. 1-2 needs a firm shift to get past N. If I'm already at cruising speed in 4th or 5th, I'll clutch, just a little really quick.\

The quick shifter is cool as heck though. I love the way the bike sounds when shifting. More rich exhaust popping between gears would be nice. Needs more fire and noise.
