The bushings showed up and they also have an offset. Its only 0.035 inch or half a degree. So the subframe is machined at 24 degrees. These bushing are clearly made to be run in either direction. So as per the manual 24.5 degrees and 100 mm of trail. Reverse them and you get 23.5 degrees and 99 mm of trail.
 
Add in 28 yokes and you have 23.5 rake and 101 trail....👍

Add a longer swing arm and you restore the wheel base...

I already have a long swingarm. I'm tempted to put them in at 23.5. I think I'll run 24.5 first. I can change these with the bike assembled so if it's still too slow steering. I raced my 916 with the head at 23.5 with the forks and back raised. SA Eccentric at the furthest back. Probably 90 mm of trail (Ducati claimed 91 at 23.5). Of course even the mags of the time weighed 8 thousand pounds. Sucker would be scary with CF wheels.
