no sure but i heard there was some politics behind it with Brembo owning marchesini
 
I'd buy the wheels for sale in this thread 10x before i'd buy carbon wheels fwiw. Good luck on the sale OP..... If i hadn't just blown a bunch of money on my race bike i'd be jumping on these!
