In case anybody is wondering...

I took my R to the magicians at KFG (KFG Racing Your Full Service Performance Factory! Motorcycle race and street service in Auburn, Washington, Seattle, Tacoma, Kent, Bellevue, Covington) for a once-over today. I'm 200lbs wet and the stock preload settings were dead on for my weight (in 1pc. race leathers/armor/etc) on the street. Here are my DES & sag settings:

Front Comp. 12
Front. Rebound 6
Front Sag 42mm

Rear Comp. 16
Rear Rebound 8
Rear Sag 31mm

I did about 50mi of twisties with these settings and WOW! Sayonara chicken strips! The vagueness of the front is gone and I'm still not engaging the DTC even at L7 on 120 or L6 @ 202hp. I found these settings superior to the stock race map, which I was riding with until I had the pros go over it.

Worth noting is that my forks are a little sticky at 200mi and will need re-evaluation once thoroughly broken in.

If anybody is around a KFG-supported trackday I highly recommend them. They have worked wonders for all of my street and race bikes for years!

Would love to see more numbers from different members with different weights.
Someone around 260 lbs got some settings to share ?

I've been reading through a lot of suspension reviews and thoughts. This is the first that nears my weight. Thanks for sharing! Are the preloads on the "R" the same as the "S"?

I'm 5'11 144lb and I just set mine back to default and I'm going to slowly tweak it, feels like I'm going to fly off the bike truthfully and I finally found out why the bike feels so loose at high speeds on turns, I guess it's because we have no frame thats going to take some time to get used to.

...........I am 5'6 at 122lb........just swapped my spring set to F8 / R7 on my Panigale S.
The whole bike now settles much better than those stock F10/R9 !
I am trying out the JHP setting for now!
Strongly recommend those that ar under 175lb to try lighter spring set !
