Does anyone know the type of aluminum used in the stock V4 Panigale? Looking at possibly making them in
ALLITE® SUPER MAGNESIUM

Maybe polished or satin, or even Dow 17 to match the engine covers and front frame.

If someone has one off, the weight in grams or ounces would be appreciated. If this turns out the way we want, some of the other parts could be made with the Allite Super Magnesium.

Would you not affect the handling of the bike going to a different material? I would expect this part to flex a bit under load and therefore its stiffness be precisely engineered.

^Good questions. I recall seeing some magnesium triples in the past with a variety of materials, and I am trying to remember if the magnesium swingarms for the 848/1098/1198 were popular and or as widely used as the aluminum versions. Also, I read recently that even the race swingarm for the new V4R has a bunch of aluminum bits within the part to provide not only bolt strength but also the needed flex and or hardness?

Interesting topic and having some rare and bespoke parts on the bike is always cool. Again not being an engineer, I just gotta trust the standard 7075 CNC Racing and on a different note: Jared Campesi's bike and his GF has an incredible rear end:
