I'd be interested to hear from somebody who had it in F and had their suspension adjusted to their body metrics after 2-3K miles on the clock.Yes, F is brutal. It's fine when you're tracking it and supporting your weight with your legs as you move your body, but for street riding P is rough enough as it is.
I changed mine to P before I left the store and had them take some tension out of the preload spring for 1.5" of sag.
