These are a medium compound in Pirelli's range. Thanks for viewing my ad and have good evening!
 
R these different from the stock tires ??? How would it compare with the stock for street riding ??
 
These are a little softer compound than the stock tires and should warm up slightly quicker and provide higher grip.
 
You may want to lower the cost on these as STG sells these at $435 shipped..
Whats the date stamp on the tires?
BTW these are awesome tires.. they stick like glue..
 
Just checked STG and they show the SP for $433.34 plus freight. Thanks for the heads up and looking out for fellow members...and yes the tires are very sticky.
 
The SPs were the OEM tire on the 2011 1198SP; these are the same tread design, but SC1 compound. Thanks for viewing this ad and have a nice day.

please understand these are race tires, and are supposed to be used with warmers. Even if you don't mind the fact they are hard and slippery until up to temp, race tires don't like heat cycles and the compound will turn hard after awhile from the heat cycles of day to day riding. Stock tires are SP, race tires are SC, the only thing they share is shape/profile/tread
