Can you reset the adaptive values for the TPS?

But...if its working as it should, I wouldn't do anything. Take it for a ride.

I think you can reset some of the adaptives and the TPS with the SLR tool, but if its running as it should I'd just ride it.

Ok. Solution found.
Brought it to my local dealer and had it plugged in. No voltage from the throttle grip. Plugged in a stock one, errors gone with voltage back.
I have on the Domino throttle control, which is a fantastic piece of gear. Guess it failed after a little over a year of use.
Replacement on the way.
Add this bizarre error message to the archives.

Thanks for all the help, team.

Just had exactly this error at Jerez and the bike suddenly.cut out on the main straight. Scary stuff. Its currently at the dealers to investigate. I also have the Domino RBW QAT but have also had issues with the Jetprime switchgear.

Guaranteed it is the Domino.
Totally scary.

Most probably it is the Domino racing throttle. I've had mine send the bike into limp mode during a race and it was scary as f. Just this past weekend, one failed on my buddy's V4 while in the pits. I have first-hand knowledge of three Domino failures on separate V4s. I put the OEM twist grip back on and never had any issues with it. It's too bad because I like the feel of the Domino quite well, but a part this critical cannot have these apparent reliability issues.

I would imagine sudden unintentional throttle chops are very dangerous for you and anyone around you.

I’m starting to wonder if there was a bad batch out there.
I have another, newer one on my bike now and have had no problems and done plenty of days. Another rider I know has one as well and has had zero problems.
Not to mention it is the exact same unit as is used on the F bikes, minus wiring harness adapter. Can’t imagine that sort of failure would be acceptable at that stage.

I bought mine about 18 months ago and have had no issues to date. Is that the sort of time period you are talking about?

I’m not certain, of course. I ordered mine in December of 2020 when they were only available from European dealers (at least as far as I could tell).

I ordered mine from WRS.IT this time last year. Approximately 20 track days and it has been flawless.

Not sure to what you are referring.

The Domino QA comes in 2 variants, one is stand alone needing separate switchgear, and one has switchgear as part of the unit.
I'm wondering which yours was that failed?
I think I've narrowed down my issue to faulty switchgear rather than my stand alone throttle.

Wondered how yours was configured?

I think I’m following.
I believe that I had (and currently have) the stand alone unit.

It’s this guy:
