I just don't get any of this. Its a public forum and he's exercising his right to freedom of speech, if you don't like what he posts don't read it. I remember some very negative posts by a member a few years ago. I read some of them and got a little offended, but he was just doing the same: posting his opinion, so in the end I moved on that was the end of it! And, I hardly call 17 votes a majority.

Posting your opinion i.e. Freedom of speech and bullying, being disprectful and be an ass is not the same.

That works both ways.

When someone posts "opinion" you are attacked by him when you don't agree with him or post anything about Rossi.

For example, he can talk trash about Rossi all day long. That's his opinion and I can respect that. Just don't throw personal assaults to anyone who don't think the same way.

I met Mark earlier this year at COTA. I can say he is a pretty cool guy. In the 4 and a half years I've been on here my perspective is Mark posting why Rossi is a has been and putting up a few stats to back up his claims. Then, some people get their feelings hurt because "everybody loves Rossi" and then start attacking Mark for posting his opinion. That's my take on the situation.

yeah, it must be the dozens of people here that are overly "sensitive", and not Marktard's fault whatsoever. :rolleyes:

Not to mention, some of the best contributing members like wilkson, endo, and many others are Absent from the forum because of him (hopefully they come back time to time). You want evidence, search and you'll see or somehow he missed that.

all mark wants out of here is bullying ppl, trolling, make ppl mad and play with words. thats all. ppl dont hate him just because he hates rossi fyi.

The banter may cross the bullying line on occasion but surely better some banter and some words of warning when needed than a heavily moderated forum? I see your point and can agree but the thing is that great contributing members did leave because of him. He did toned it down a little so that's a good thing.
 
There is a very simple solution, just don't read his post's, ignore.He is either very young and immature, or just doesn't have anything else going on in his life. Pissing people off on forums might be his only outlet in life. Brad Paisley wrote a song about those guys. It's titled "I'm So Much Cooler On Line".

I have really not liked Mark for a very long time. HOWEVER, I must say that what keeps me returning to this forum after selling my 1199 last year is *drum roll* MARK.

The one thing I just want to know is what he looks like so I can put a face with all of this drama. I don't want a meme, just a normal picture. I even considered going to the Austin GP just to meet this fellow who is so polarizing.

But honestly, Mark is why I keep coming back to this forum. Well... and the V4 thread LOL. I'm coming back to Ducati if the V4 is amazing or I can get my hands on a 996R or 998R.

So, to thread jack, does anyone have a picture of Mark and/or a 996/8R for sale? Please and thank you :p
