Of course I see this after receiving my outrageously overpriced Ducati Performance one...

I like the look of it so far.

does it actually do anything about wind blast? is the bike twitchy in cross winds? I never noticed either on my tuono, but definitely on my SDR, much to my annoyance

i bought one from m and p here in uk and it did not fit. the brackets were completely wrong so i sent it back for a refund. also they require you to use longer top pinch bolts on forks to fit brackets to which i did not think was very good and the new bolts supplied with screen were just plated and looked cheap.

Really disappointing!

I bought one as well.
It’s not *pretty*... but it looks about as good as a functional windscreen on a naked bike can look.

Speaking of function: at highway cruising it redirects some of the wind off your chest and neck upward to your head. You’ll still need a helmet with excellent aerodynamics, but that should be a given in this bike. The real benefit was the pocket created while in a tuck. At the medium and low tucks you’d see in the track, especially carrying extralegal pace, the pocket created was noticeable and appreciated.

I was finally able to get out and ride this weekend. As mention by Trail Boss the wind reduction on the chest is great. I am 5’7” so I will realize more reduction than my taller counter parts. Also as mention above when tucked you notice a huge difference. I stopped at a gas station and talked some guys they had a monster tuono, hypermotard and anothe bike in their posse. They commented on the windscreen and said it fits the bike well. Personally I like the looks of it too. I did not notice any issues with cross wind, granted wind speed was only about 10mph so it may be different in more windy conditions. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase. I did buy black bolts to replace the silver bolts that came with it.

Installed mine yesterday. Only had a short trip on the highway. But overall it reduced the wind pressure from my lower body. You can feel the pocket of air that it creates. I’m giving it a thumbs up at this point.
styling of course is subject to individual taste. I always felt the headlight/cluster should have been 2-3” higher. So for me, I appreciate filling in the void and encasing the cluster.

Even I thought the same but wind blast (head shake)has to do more with the suspension set up .It’s a game changer after you get it done .Bike is very stable now and it was horrible before (and I thought it was coz of no fairings).I had a monster 1200s before this and I never had such issues unless riding very fast.
