Compared to mine the Tail section looks a little off but the stress of a rider ringing a a bikes neck around a track could tweak things. It would be strange that the exhaust guard is scratched but the fairing is not. Either way doesn't look like a bad low side and these bikes can take a tumble. If the deals good enough for you go out and see it. Replace that exhaust guard and be on your merry way. No point in buying an R for the street though. You can't take advantage of any of its strengths.
