Lorenzo - awesome; Rossi - awesome; Marquez -world champ in 2014; Crutchlow - just needs to string 22 laps together to give us Brits something to cheer about. Great start to the season. Hope there's many more to come.
 
Rossi was amazing. What a battle. The doctor is back. Looks to be a great 2013 season
 
I too was on the edge of my couch for those 3 or 4 laps. Was looking forward to the season to begin and was well worth it. Now, waiting to get to Austin with the bike.
 
Thank god Rossi can still ride, it might actually be an interesting season! I have to say I was with the doubters about his chances but been proved wrong. Still worrying that Lorenzo can clear off into the distance - the top speed of those Hondas is suspect and Crutchlows team seem to have got it wrong yesterday.
 
awesome start to the championship!!

My son and I got up at 4.30am to watch it and it was well worth it

I was very impressed by Marquez...to take on Rossi and not just sit back and settle for a podium finish for a his first motogp race is incredible

Good to see Rossi is back !!!

you nailed it.....while Rossi and Marquez are the buzz right now, it's Lorenzo that no one is talking about. if he and his bike stay healthy, it's going to be a long season for the others.

Ducati? it ain't the riders....:(

Yeah I'm hoping someone will be able to put some pressure on Jlo's back wheel to see if he can handle the pressure...

I wish Crutchlow would have stayed up there for longer.
 
Great race today! I'm not a Rossi fan but he certainly road well today. Another tough day for Ducati. Like most races it started out well but faded towards the end.
 
get use to JLO great starts so consistent. no mistakes. what was the line from top gun? you want to know who the best is. thats him ice man. the way he flies ice cold no mistakes. wears you down then you do something stupid and he got you.

saw that movie a few times but thats JLO
 
Rossi will give Jorge a run for his money this season for sure. You forget that he put Max and Sete out of Moto GP with his mind games.

and everyone wonders why i hate rossi and this is why. his fans drive me bonkers. i wish i could like the guy. JLO is defending world champ and also 2x world champ. i think hes pretty mature. i am not comparing lifetime wins but this is JLO we are talking about not pedrosa. he doesnt choke. As a matter of fact looked really comfortable riding today. didnt care about times or qualifying led the race start to finish it wasnt even close. he doesnt have to talk or get headlines or need announcers say his name every 2 min. He is also the NO 1 rider for factory yamaha lets not forget that.

whoopazz not picking on just your quote just the last one that was there. actually not picking on anybody just my opinion on JLO

Indeed, with VR and Marquez around it could be an interesting season again and not a procession! I hope so. I also hope that MM is not too aggresive in the style of Simoncelli.
